On an average once a Job Seeker (United Sates, United Kingdom) submits his/her resume on Job Boards he/she receives 10 – 12 Job Openings email and 1 – 2 calls from recruiter or the hiring manager. But compared to the number of emails or call received the conversion ratio of submission to interview call is too low. Major Reason:-

  • You are Interested in the Job but you don’t have time to apply for the Job.
  • Your resume needs to be modified but you are out of town, doing over time etc
  • By the time you apply the recruiter already has submitted another resume
  • Your resume don’t reach the hiring manager on time
