On an average once a Job Seeker (United Sates, United Kingdom) submits his/her resume on Job Boards he/she receives 10 – 12 Job Openings email and 1 – 2 calls from recruiter or the hiring manager. But compared to the number of emails or call received the conversion ratio of submission to interview call is too low. Major Reason:-
- You are Interested in the Job but you don’t have time to apply for the Job.
- Your resume needs to be modified but you are out of town, doing over time etc
- By the time you apply the recruiter already has submitted another resume
- Your resume don’t reach the hiring manager on time
- 10 Recruiter asks for 10 different resume modifications which consumes lot of time.
Additional complaints from recruiter included:
- A majority of resumes do not match the job description. [71%]
- Job seekers “blasting out” unsolicited resumes. [63%]
- Job seekers fail to follow specific resume submission instructions found in job post. [34%]

- We receive the Job description and email-id of the recruiter from you
- Understand the Job Profile
- Locate the Prime Keywords that needs to be on the resume
- Modify the resume as per the need.
- Send it to the Recruiter and do further modification if needed by him
- And finally follow-up with the recruiter is the resume is really submitted or not.
