· Responsible for Desktop, Laptop, Hardware, Printer, Telephone, Audio, Video, LAN and Software components installed on these devices
o Imaging
o Install & Upgrade
o Analyse, Diagnose and Troubleshoot problem
o Back up / Recover
o User Access
· May require MCSE, MCP, CNE, A+ type certifications
