Job Title: Project Coordinator
Typical Responsibilities / Skills
· Assist Project Managers with administrative tasks including setup and maintenance of project plans, status reporting and adherence to project timelines.
· Assist in providing project and/or service delivery communications and updates to stakeholders.
· Assist in coordination of key project and/or service activities including the full project lifecycle and project management monitoring and control activities (risk plans, issue logs, change logs, quality reviews, tollgates, etc.).
· May get involved in conducting and scheduling review meetings between cross functional groups
· Has good interpersonal skills, documentation skills in MS Office
· May have experience with project plan tools such as MS Project
· May have experience with requirements, test and defect management tools

Job Title: Onsite Coordinator
· Coordinate with Onsite client and Offshore teams working on the same project
· May have relevant technical experience
· Attend onsite client meetings such as deliverable review meetings, planning and scheduling meetings.
